Whooptones ("Service") is provided to you by Spoonjack, LLC ("Spoonjack"). Spoonjack knows that you care how information about you is used and shared and takes and your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

The policy covers how Spoonjack treats personal information that Spoonjack collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Spoonjack products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, email address, phone number, and that is not publically available.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Spoonjack does not own or control, or to people that Spoonjack does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

Spoonjack collects personal information when you register for or use Spoonjack products and services. When you register, we ask for personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, gender, birth date, and phone number. Once you register with and sign into our services, you are not anonymous to us. Spoonjack also collects information about your use of our services. Spoonjack may display targeted advertisements based on personal information. Spoonjack does or will not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeted criteria (such as men ages 18-24) used to display the ad.

Spoonjack does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell products for purchase by adults, although they may be used by children. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Spoonjack limits internal access to your personal information to employees who we reasonably believe require this information in order to do their jobs or to provide products and services to you.
